We love working with real materials like wood and metal - and we’re not afraid to get creative with recycled materials, too.
One thing we absolutely refuse to use is particle board, so rest assured, nothing from Karlen is or ever will be made from it.

At Karlen, our inspiration comes from real homes and everyday moments. We create furniture that’s both beautiful and practical, designed to fit naturally into your daily life.
We prioritize sustainability by designing pieces that can be flatpacked whenever possible. This approach saves space and cuts down on CO₂ emissions during shipping.
Beyond that, we think carefully about manufacturing processes and how each item will be used, making sure every product is smartly designed, durable, and timeless.
Delivery times
Some of our smaller items are in stock and can be shipped within a week.
Production of most of our larger pieces begins only after you place an order, allowing for customization to your preferences. You can find the production time listed in each product’s description. We’ll also keep you updated on the timelines throughout the process.
Recycled concrete side table
Pierluigi is a side table made from locally sourced (EU) sustainable
concrete, designed with a circular economy in mind and amibition to
replace luxurious stones.
Concrete mixture used for his
production is made from concrete with natural aggregate fully or
partially replaced by recycled construction and demolition debris.
