Oskar Mirror - Recycled Plastic Edition

Oskar was designed for entryways to simplify the reality of everyday life. In the mirror, you check if everything is in place, while the shelf underneath is just the right size for your wallet and keys, helping you avoid that frantic morning race around the apartment. For the more organized among us, the shelf offers the perfect spot for a small deer statue or a favourite trinket. Oskar certainly won’t get lost in the bathroom either; there is plenty of room on the shelf for toothpaste and a toothbrush.

In its design, Oskar plays with contrasts. We took the pure, round shape of the mirror - a symbol of calm and infinity - and added a shelf that does exactly what it wants. Its shape is intentionally angular, but to keep things interesting, we rounded just one corner. It is a little design rebel that disrupts symmetry in exactly the right way.
